This morning, I got an email that asked: "What is the sexiest thing in a person?" My sexy brilliant answer: "a person is at their sexiest at their most vulnerable when he or she is at their weakest. A good example is cuddling in bed after sex ".
So often we think of weakness as a negative thing. The truth is a true warrior can be both strong, gentle and vulnerable while also courageous. The question is how to be courageous in our vulnerability and connect with our partner?
The more we intimately know and accept deepest authentic selves, the more we can be ONE with our emotions.
The more connected we are to our emotions, the more safer we feel 1st with ourselves.

The more connected we are to our emotions, the more safer we feel 1st with ourselves.
Consequently, we practice self-love and heightened self-awareness so we can share the same with our partner and loved ones. I do not suggest we open up to just anyone. It’s very important to carefully choose who we share our true innermost self with. Always, we should keep ourselves and our emotions safe from harm. An example open up to trained professionals if you don’t feel safe with friends.
Choose wisely, especially in dating and partnerships because vulnerability allows us to connect and it takes courage to bring out our authentic self.
